I did all the UWorld practice passages, read the TPR book and the 300pg khan academy doc.
I also watched all khan academy videos, but ended up with 127.
How can I possibly improve my score?

Do all the khan academy passages. Altius and next step is good as well. I did 90 ka passages, 50 altius passages 70 ns passages and 45 aamc passages. I am scoring 130+ on this now.

You are to the point where you need to work on AAMC specific strategy IMO. Become familiar with how the AAMC asks questions. Have you done all of the official P/S questions? Might be worth doing them again if you have. I was scoring 127 on practice P/S materials and then switched to solely strategy and FLs and I got a 130 on the real deal

Categorize the questions you are missing such as (1) missed because I forgot the formula (2) missed because I didn't know the theory (3) missed due to a msitake in reading passage or answer (4) or other. When I realized my nemesis was physics formulas, I created flashcards and drilled myself. If you need theory, then review the specific areas you are missing more than others. If you are just making mistakes, do more practice to make less mistakes.

Most of the definitions on my mcat were simple ones. Only two questions had weird terms I’ve never seen. Good luck

know the 96 page doc. maybe you're using too many resources, and are forgetting little things here and there. 96 page doc and smart test taking will get you a 130.

One book suggested the final AAMC MCAT 3 a week before (while enough study time is left to matter) and use the AAMC Sample test 2-3 days before the actual MCAT for pure practice without having the risk of getting a below your average score right before the main event. I did it and scored 99%-tile.

Done with all 4 FLs and half way thru the samples. scoring around the target score and trying to firm up.

OP: You used the best resources available for this section. As Cornfed said, it's a good idea to do AAMC a second time. More books and videos are not going to be high yield. You need to master how to take that section. If you are looking for more exams to do, I would recommend TBR P/S from their FLs over Altius (I never did NS). I recall being flustered when I first did them thinking it felt like CARS 2.0 on their practice exams. Then on the real deal, it was CARS 2.0. Of all the practice materials I did, and I did a lot of different resources, only TBR FLs nailed the CARS 2.0 feel and had realistic topics, based on my N=1. I didn't use their book, I'm only talking about their FLs.

Is it worth doing passages from Altius or next step, one week before the official test?
I took an altius practice exam the week of my test and my altius exam predicted in every section the score I got on exam day. I think that they put a lot of effort into making those exams realistic to what you'll see on exam day.

Are you scores similar to AAMC FLs?

6 posts in a row about Altius prep classes or exams???

Sounds like you did a lot of really solid content review with some questions. Something that is actually crucial is that the PsS section is at the end of the test. I didn't jump a lot on my PsS score until i took a ton of Full Length exams in the final month. I had pretty much plateaued at 127 and eventually consistently go into the 130s after a lot of full length tests. Not sure if it was just the stamina component mixed with more passage -questions or what. But it came together in for me after doing that.
