How do I know how many electrons are in a certain magnetic quantum number?

If you have xenon, in the ground state:

How many electrons have ml = 0?
Shouldn't this be all of them (54)? It comes up as wrong.

How many electrons have ml = +1?
Shouldn't this be the p subshells and the d (no f subshells in Xe)?
So 44...but it comes up as wrong too.

Anybody know?

this question seems more appropriate for yahoo answers, not these forums...
