How do I list my EC's on AADSAS application

I noticed that extracurricular activities are grouped under "Extracurricular/Volunteer/Community Service" . I have no trouble listing Volunteer/Community Service but for EC's like guitar playing etc... how can I add in the fields that ask for

Name of Organization

Position Title

It doesnot let me leave it blank but then what i type in there?...there are no orgs for such activities...or should I not mention all my EC's (hobbies etc.) altogather in my app....also how can I prove my manual dexterity if I don't list them?

There is a place that allows 600 characters I think for manual dexterity. That's where you can list guitar and other hobbies requiring manual dexterity. It is maybe in background information? It is separate from the Professional Experiences section

No i don't see any option there the only thing available is personal statement..and the this section for extracurricular...

Under applicant information, you click on background information, and the first question will ask you to :
Describe any activities requiring manual dexterity (e.g. activities requiring hand-eye coordination such as cross-stitching, sewing, art, crafts, playing musical instruments, auto repair, etc.) at which you are proficient.
