finally I get to create one of those threads.

I attend a DO school in CA and intend on applying neurology next week.

Step1: 252
Step2: 245
Level1: 637
Level2: 576
No research or outstanding ECs
2 LORs from neurologists, 1 from IM and one from a radiologist

I'm planning to apply to the following programs:

UCDavis, UCI, Loma Linda, UCLA Harbor, Riverside, UoAZ both branches, Mayo in Scottsdale and FL, CCF in OH and FL, Baylor, TX Southwestern, Houston, Dell in Austin, Galvenston, UF Gainesville, Morsani, Cincinnati, Toledo, Wright State, and MSU.

Reaches: UofWash, Oregon, and Colorado

Strong scores, I think you will be fine btw if your coming to CLE for CCF, consider applying for CWRU-UH.

There are some top programs that don't consider DOs seriously. Besides those, I think you would have a chance most anywhere and you should consider expanding your list of "reach" programs to see what bites. If you're west coast, then I would go ahead and send apps to UCLA and maybe Stanford.

You will be competitive. I had similar scores and I'm a DO.

I received interviews at UCD, UCI, Mayos, OSHU, baylor, UF, UCLA-Habor, UofAs.
