How Do I Reapply to ERAS as an Intern?

I just started my intern year but I think I wanna switch my specialty. How do I register for ERAS without a token for this year? Do I have to contact my school again?

Token for residency applications can only be given out by your med school. (Unless you're an IMG. Then you need to ask the ECFMG again)
