Hey everyone this is my first time writing in the forum but i wanted to share my gpa and DAT scores and see what people think my chances of interviews are, i applied to 19 schools first time applicant

Gpa: 3.15
DAT:
AA: 18
PAT:20
TS:19
Bio:19
Genchem:19
Ochem:18
Reading:19
Math:14

I have over 200 hours of dental observation, am involved in research and 700 hours of volunteerism, any anyone sharing similar stats that has been invited for an interview?

Well....do you have any leadership positions? Is that GPA your overall GPA or just your science GPA? If that's your overall GPA then I would def suggest you to go get a high score on the DAT. Some schools don't care about math(like UNLV), but a lot of schools do still count them. For people with below a 3.5 GPA, it's better to get at least a 20 AA on their DAT. That's my advice based on info I've been gathering. Grades aren't everything, if your grades is kind of low, then your DAT needs to be higher than others, you better have tons of other stuff, especially leadership experience! That is all, hopfully this helps.

My GPA is 3.3 and my DAT is 21 overall 21 science and 22 PAT. I have around 400 volunteer hours and just over 100 observed hours. I have an interview at Columbia and I have been placed on "continued review" at Buffalo. I did get rejected from Colorado but I wasn't expecting alot from them since I am not a Colorado resident, I applied there because it was close to home. Honestly I don't know what the hell they base their interview requests on so my advice...if you are religious then pray and pray alot, if you aren't religious...pray and pray alot, thats what I do.
