How do late notes affect billing?

Question in title and posted on behalf of a friend - I'm a finish your notes the day of guy but I ran into some unforeseen health issues and didn't want to blow up my schedule by totally canceling my clinic for a few weeks. I'm currently about to finish my last batch of notes approximately 2 weeks late and it occurred to me that I have no idea how late notes affect billing/RVU calculation.

Any insight?

If you haven’t gotten an angry email by some loser admin then you’re clearly fine. I wouldn’t make it a habit though sounds like a nightmare to get caught up

No angry emails, just a matter of fact reminder so we figured it's fine - but I have heard of insurance companies declining charges after a certain amount of time had elapsed (1 month) and I'm sure it affects biweekly paychecks too.
