How do loops decrease RBF??

According to UW, loops cause increase creatinine levels by decreases RBF..

Can someone please explain this to be.. since I figure because loops increase prostaglandins, they would INCREASE RBF.
 
Damn I guess I was wrong. However, I think the overriding factor would still be decreased RBF from a natriuresis, which is the main mechanism of loops. Whatever prostaglandin effect it does have, wold be well compensated for by its primary MOA
