Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I asked my dentist whom I worked for to submit a letter of recommendation and she asked how they want the letters submitted nowadays? Is there a section on the dental application to submit her email and they'll send her a link or?

Yes, you would fill in your dentist's information on application portal page. Also inform the letter writer it must come on a letterhead and be signed.
