how do my chances look?

fastest way to have dramatic increase is retaking MCAT

Yes, include the wrestling, as it shows dedication and well-roundedness. I would include the CNA training. It won't help much, since you never held a job, but presumably it included some patient contact and training in patient issues that will be of value. Whether you need to repeat the MCAT depends on how competitive your state school is.

do you think I have enough clinical experience or should I work on that before applying?

does anyone know of any interesting volunteer opps. to add? I feel like my stats are to cookie cutter like...👎

Consider Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, soup kitchen, crisis hotline, nursing home volunteer, hospice, family planning clinic, etc. With the clinical hours you have, more community service need not be related to patient contact. But additional patient experience in a different venue, even if just in another hospital department, gives you a desirable breadth of experience.

What is the breakdown of your MCAT? Also, if you're not a urm the 28 might be too low for out of state MD. You really need a 30 to be competitive.

Apply June 1st to MCW and I would think you would a pretty good shot to get in. Madison if a tough school to get into, they really like research.
