I'm getting OCD about my stats and wondering it won't be enough (srs)

I'm going to be junior and planning on applying after senior year to raise my gpa a little more.

Took 3 classes (Physics 1,2 and stats) at local CC, so far my gpa after 4 semesters and 2 summers are
CGPA: 3.61
SGPA: 3.5

EC by the time I apply (if all goes according to plan)
240 hr volunteer
330 hr clinical volunteer
2 clubs 3 years
100 hr shadowing
3 years research
3 years part time job
3 years writing sports blog
Hobbies: golf, working out, video games during summer
Awards:Honors college, Dean's list multiple times, leadership award for volunteering, author in neuroscience publication, committee member in AMSA club

Recs: plan to have 2 science, 2 non science, 1 from job, 1 from research mentor

MCAT: probably 30+ :meanie:

Wrong subforum, this belongs in "What are my chances"?

Anyway if you get great grades in your junior year and take the rest of your prereqs, and get that 30+ MCAT, you'll be good to go for midtier MD schools.

whats considered mid tier

Carib/Mexico

Good luck bro!

Any plan for research on there..? Just wondering.

Did the neuroscience author thing go along with research? You have a lot of clinical and shadowing hours, so you're good on the aspect.

If you get a 30+ on the MCAT and the authorship on the neuroscience publication, I don't think you'll have a problem getting in.

you're doing excellent. try and ace the rest of your classes inorder to raise your gpa. do well on the mcat.

p.s. your ec's look great
