How do Postbacs calculated retaken classes

Hi, I have a question. When we apply to a Postbac program to see if we are admitted, does the school calculate our undergraduate GPA like an MD school or a DO school. I am asking since I failed two classes and retook them.

I think they count your GPA as is, meaning with failures and retakes. Granted, the other thread is about an SMP, but I can't see why it would be any different.
