Hi all,
I hope everything is going well for everyone here. I have been to several interviews at this point and am feeling confused as to how these programs plan to rank their applicants-- all of the interviews have been similar with the same questions asked over and ovfer and I have been left wondering how does this whole ranking thing really work?-- Do they rank on the basis of just board scores, class ranks, etc-- I find it rather difficult to belive that these programs can really determine who the best fit is for their programs during these "staged interviews"-- any thoughts? Thanks.
