How do the schools contact you?

Does anyone know if UIWSO sends interview invitations through regular mail? Or do they email you?

I am having information trouble with UIWSO and would really appreciate any feedback.

Im not sure if they called any other applicants but they called me on a tuesday and asked me if I would like to come in on the following friday. They actually never sent me any information they just told me a time to show up. I dont know if that helps at all cause from where i live im only about 45 minutes away from the university. They also let me know their decision by phone call the following monday to tell me that I was accepted.

I received my invitation and decision via email. Maybe because I was out of state, they sent me an email with hotel suggestions and directions.

I finally got an invitation to interview in San Antone. The schools did not get my applicatiom from optomcas until all grades and transcipts were confirmed by optomcass.

I was invited to interview by email and a phone call and was sent an information kit. I used to have a gmail account that some of the schools and the OAT people for that matter, had trouble with. It all depends on the servers your email system uses. Mine was blabklisted because tons of spam comes out of it. I remember having a problem with the OAT office and one school. They did not get my emails and I received very few of their emails, especially if it had an attachment.

I changed email systems and never had a problem after that.

I received the decision from UIWSO by email follwed by an official letter.
