How do these dental schools notify you for an interview?

Boston University Dental School
Loma Linda University School of Dentistry
UCLA School of Dentistry
USC School of Dentistry

Anyone know how any of these schools contact you for interviews? Are they all by phone or maybe some by email. Thanks =)

I know western is phone, USC & BU are email.....and im guessing UCLA & LLU are email also, but i dont know about those
