How do they differentiate ug and post-bacc

I am taking orgo 1 (retake) and orgo 2 (1st time) over the summer right after I graduate. Will I just have a BCPM and an evwerything else gpa, or will there be a separate post-bacc gpa? How will the retake of orgo 1 be counted?

aacomas is just BCP, no math.

there is a seperate post bacc section of the GPA, as well as an undergrad section, but then there is an overall section. so both orgo grades will be in the post bacc section, i believe.

First Box -->

Columns: Science/Non-science/Total
Rows: Freshman/Sophomore/.../Total/Post-Baccalaureate/Cum. Undergrad/
Graduate/Overall

Second Box -->

GPA by course type (Biology/zoology, Inorg. Chem, Org. Chem, Biochem, Physics, Other Sci., Math, English, Beh. Sci., Other Non-Sci., Total)

Any undergraduate class you take after you receive your bachelor's degree is counted in post-baccalaureate GPA, averaged into the Cum. Undergrad, and in the Overall GPA's. If you retake a class, the most current retake replaces the old class (you ignore the old class in GPA calculations).

No, I think that it counts in post-baccalaureate, cum. undergrad., and overall GPA's.

Your first Organic Chemistry I grade won't be included in the AACOMAS GPA calculations. I have no idea what the AACOMAS profile that the medical schools get looks like. If it's what our print out looks like, then they'll see all your classes. I'm sure they eventually look at your past grades and whatnot, but I bet many initial screens are simply based off of whatever AACOMAS provides the schools. When they decide to interview you, they'll probably take a closer look.
