How do we do LORS?!?!!?

Alright, I am extremely confused about how we do LOR's. So AMCAS has a letter service. All the schools I am applying to use it. Why would I need to use interfolio? Do I only need interfolio if my writers are doing hard-non-digital letters? So confused....

Even on the AMCAS FAQ website it is sort of ambiguous what interfolio is for.... It sort of seems the AMCAS LOR service does similar things as interfolio does....

If my school is sending in a letter packet on my behalf, do I only print one AMCAS letter form? ...And what name do I put on the form if the letter packet comes from a committee?

The reason you would want to use interfolio still is that AMCAS does not save your letters. Meaning that if you had to reapply your profs would have to resend your letters to amcas which may be a pain especially if one year later they do not have the letter anymore. If you dont care about this then just use amcas only.
