They will contact you either by email, phone, or letter. But I've realized it's usually by email though 🙂

No one really knows for sure. That's why this whole waiting thing sucks. You could get an invite next week (assuming your stuff is complete) or you may not get a single invite for another 8 or 9 months.

Last year my application went out the third week of June, and I received my first interview Mid-July. It sounds like it is usually about a month between when they receive your application and your invitation to interview.

As far as the way they notify you-I was notified via email for the majority, and I received phone calls from Western, Oklahoma, USN, and Creighton. You can always check your AADSAS and usually schools update your status to 'invited for interview' when they invite you. Sometimes that is updated before you actually receive the interview invitation.
