How do i apply for preliminary medicine?
Is it through ERAS or SF match?

I looked through ERAS and I only found 'Internal medicine', which I think is 'Internal medicine categorical'

Would you please tell me where I can apply for preliminary medicine year?
If its ERAS, where can I find it on ERAS?

It's in ERAS under Internal Medicine. Under the program titles, if you see the word "preliminary" just click on that program and select the appropriate box.

You apply for prelim medicine through ERAS and the NRMP. To locate prelim programs, you could also go through FREIDA. Do a search for IM programs, and under “optional criteria” select “offers preliminary positions” to further narrow down your choices.

It would be pretty nice if it were through SF match, then the ophtho people wouldn't have to deal with ERAS at all.
