how do people in the discussions for NBMEs get breakdowns on exactly which questions they missed,how many they missed? I thought the analysis just gave subject analysis, not particular questions...do I need to order the more expensive assessment?

$50: take it; get a breakdown of performance by system (poor, borderline, good); get a score.

$60: take it; get a breakdown of performance by system (poor, borderline, good); get a score; get the breakdown of the raw number you missed, which will also be broken down by system/discipline; you can review the individual questions you missed as well.

Spend the $10 more and get a raw number and the ability to see the question; log on to SDN and scour the NBME thread of your choice to get the answers and explanations to your missed questions.
