New to HPSP...how do you get reimbursed for boards? Fill out a travel voucher? On MODS FAQs section it talks about a Cost Data Worksheet...but where is the actual form to be filled out?

You find the CDW under the Request Tab on the MODS website. If you do not see it, call 877-MED-ARMY and speak to your Student Advisor.
