how do most schools reject you?
do they email you saying "sorry, we will not be extending you an interview?"
or do you simply don't hear from them...

i saw that cornell sent out their interview invites...but also their rejection emails...i received neither...

Both of my rejections so far (JH & Clev clin) were by email. A few places stated they received my application and would ONLY respond to those they want to invite...meaning you will hear nothing if they don't want you.

Yeah, I hate that. It's like some hot babe you've been eyeing and finally get the nerve to ask out on a date Friday night. She gives you this non-committal "not sure" all while she's waiting to see if she gets a better offer before she says "yes". 🙄
