how do you manage a tooth fracture.???

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
depends the type, horizontal or vertical, and if its mobile. majority of vertical will need to be extracted, mid to lower 1/3 horizontal with no pain are watched and left alone to heal.

yeah, this is a very wide topic. treatments range from fillings, to crowns, to tooth fixation/antibiotics and watch, and finally extractions. You need to be specific.

Bingo! Asking a dentist how to mange a tooth fracture WITHOUT clinical findings and radiographs is like asking a mechanic how to rfix a car that is making a "squeaking noise" without actually seeing it 😀

You have a mechanic that can see a "squeaking noise"?

explain please.....

Treatment of fractures contained solely within the enamel alone requires no urgent care. The tooth can be repaired cosmetically at the convenience of the patient.

You are asking for a dissertation on tooth fracture but cannot be bothered to describe what the particular symptomology is?

Actually, I'm pretty sure the OP isn't reading this anymore and that the above person you are responding to is making a sarcastic reply that mocks the OPs overly simple "explain please..."
