I have an interview coming up Monday at a hospital. This is my first interview for pharmacy intern and I need some help. First, what kind of questions would they ask? The interview is being conducted by multiple supervisors. Second, any suggestions on attire?

You should dress for a job interview like you dressed for your pharmacy school interview. You can't overdress an interview.

You really dont, the pharmacy supervisor at the hospital said he would hire any student from school as long as they showed interest in pursuing hospital pharmacy upon graduation. During my interview i did a couple of basic calculations such as calculating an infusion rate, a couple of brand generic questions, and thats about it. You pretty much are going to be a pharmacy tech for at least the first year, picking up shifts that the techs cant work on the weekends. i wouldnt worry about the interview to much just relax

Just nod your head and say "yes" or "ok" or "sure" or "_____ Sir/Ma'am" to whatever they tell you. 😛

I don't know about the hospital where you're interviewing, but if it's a big facility, then you probably won't be able to understand most of what they're trying to tell you on the first day, because it's probably going to be too systematic and involved for a newbie... so just take the advice above. 😉

Be courteous, sincere, and direct.

... just don't agree to work every weekend until you graduate pharmacy school! :scared:
