I understand that basically you have to repeat your resources until you have mastered them. And after you have gone through Pathoma once (videos with the book), how do you do your second pass? Do you just read off the book and your notes or do you re-watch the videos again with the book? Say for time's sake you have 2 months left of studying to do.

I watched his videos and took notes. On a second run-through, I just went over the notes.

I watched Pathoma the first time during 2nd year with organ systems. Normal speed. Notes into the book.
Then 6 months before step I started reviewing organ systems and watched it again. 1.7x speed. With the book but mostly underlining
Then a 3rd time the week before my test - 2x speed. No notes, just listening. Sometimes I just read the notes but then I would get distracted. The videos kept me on track.
