how do you sign up for step 3

I feel like an idiot here...

how in teh world does one go about signing up for step 3. yes, i did go to a US MD school,etc. It's just that everyone in med school practically did everything together so i never really learned about how to sign up for these steps.

can someone please give me the direct link. the nbme seemed to have changed their website.😳
