How do you spell Traz_done?

I see it spelled wrong so often, I sometimes wonder which is the right way! lol So how often do you see it spelled wrong?
 
On the manufacturing batch records at the company I worked at, it's trazodone.
 
I had a patient call Prednisone.. Prasodone.
 
I don't see it spelled wrong very often. My main problem is that my techs think everything they can't read is Neurontin.

I've had MS Contin - Neurontin, Mevacor - Neurontin, and 2 days ago it was Amlodipine - Neurontin. I don't understand it. These were at different pharmacies with different techs!
