How does a B- look in a science class?

Nope. They usually look at your GPA, if it's solid they wont' bother looking at individual grades.

Seriously. One grade is not going to make or break your application. Adcoms understand that students have struggles from time to time, and a B- is not much of a struggle.

If they ask you about those Bs, just look down, and say that you do not drive a car, you take the subway or ride a bike, and your carbon footprint is very small, very small indeed. Your interviewer will understand.
