How Does a Dermatologist Learn to Do Botox

I've noticed a lot of the derm residency programs do not teach cosmetic procedures such as Botox. How does a dermatologist aquire the training to become proficient in this skill in order to offer it to their patients? Just curious. Thanks. 🙂
