Hello, I recently took my DAT and made a 14 on the QR section. I think I did around 10 questions and guessed on all of them. I have no high school experience or college experience with math and need help even beginning to learn how to do the problems. What do you recommend for me?

You already took the DAT? Normally people ask this sort of question before the DAT, or studying itself.

Topics to learn are basic arithmetic, k-8 math, algebra, geometry and light trig. The basics may seem dumb, but you learn tricks to do problems different ways, or math shortcuts.

Khan academy might actually be perfect. He has videos from all levels of math. He gives the reasoning behind the math and it helps with learning.

Chads QR might give you an OK base to start with too. Though I would recommend that you do practice problems and if you come across things you don't understand then look up how to do it.

What possessed you to take the DAT if you aren't even comfortable with relatively basic math concepts? The QR section isn't really as important compared to TS in the grand scheme of things (since a lot of schools don't place as much weight on it), but a 14 is pretty awful and could cost you getting any acceptances

And I find it hard to believe that you NEVER were exposed to concepts like Algebra and Trig going to high school in the US

I used chad's and it was sufficient. That said I took high school math and one university math course.

It depends what you mean by "no experience". Like if you haven't retained or never did any high school math, you may have to start with like grade 7 textbooks and slowly work your way up to grade 12 math (not sure what grade 12 math is called in the statees)

Another resource I used before taking calculus, because it had been so long since my last math class, was udacity. They have a free College Algebra course form San Jose State University, or at least they did. It is designed like a real course and designed to be completed over a semesters time. You can complete it faster but it has a lot of information, so depending on when you intend to retake this may not be a good option for you.

Yeah not all of the courses are free but some of them are and while it is not as good as a teacher it is useful if that is not an option for you. 🙂
