I don’t think residency programs really take into account the numerical PD ranking value. They more take into account the general pedigree of your school top 20ish > other established US MD > new US MD > DO >>>>>>> Caribbean. Your school being in the same state/region as the residency program gives you a boost as well. That being said school ranking is only a minor portion of your residency application.
