General How does a withdrawal look in senior year?

[Question]

I took a class my last semester senior year that went abroad. I dropped the class about halfway through (but stupidly after the drop deadline) I thought the class was going to be more relaxed than what I got, so I suppose I should have done my due diligence, but now I have a big fat W on my transcript.

Will this look bad, especially at top schools? I have another W from junior year in a 2 unit elective that I dropped because I was struggling in another class and wanted to save my GPA. I didn't need either of the classes abroad to graduate or for my major, and I took the senior year class solely for the study abroad aspect. Everything else about my app is good (3.8X GPA, very high MCAT) save for a housing violation warning my freshman year.
