I am just wondering if anyone here can tell me how AADSAS or the dental schools verify whether the information you provide regarding EC, work, research experience you completed, is accurate? How can they verify the # of hours you claim for some activity?
Some other application systems require you to put down a contact name, tele# and email for each activity you put down, which allows schools to actually verify this info.
So how is any of this regulated in terms of AADSAS and US dental schools?
I know that by interrogating you during an interview some big lies can be very well detected, but smaller issues and things like # of hours can easily be lied about.
Anyone knows to what extent applicants lie on AADSAS when it comes to EC/work/dental exp issues? I certainly don't lie just cuz I get uncomfortable if I ever lie. But lots of people are braver than I am in this respect.
