how does amcas transmit?

i saw on another thread that someone wondered if they would lose their submission place... i know that on the application it does say date submitted. so how is amcas going to transmit? everyone who applied to Xschool, or is it trule going to be by date?

They are going by submission date as far as I know. The AWS software the schools are using is all the same, so I'm guessing if AMCAS can transmit to one, they should be able to transmit to all. I'm not positive on that though. Also, EDP applicants are being given priority. So it's likely that EDP applicants who submitted at a later date than regular applicants will have their applications processed and transmitted first.
