So the vestibular nuclei project fibers to the flocculonodular lobe of the cerebellum and CN III and IV via MLF. This will aid with eye movements (vestibulo-ocular reflexes), unconscious proprioception and posture.

How does cerebellum aid with posture/movement exactly? Is it correct to assume that the cerebellum’s ability to modulate movement, aid in coordination and balance will, as the motor cortex receives input from ventral lateral nucleus over time, improve the output from motor cortex so that movements/posture occur better?
