I am a recent residency grad and am thoroughly confused by CME. First off, when do I need to start worrying about it? Now? How many credits do I need and when do I need them by? What is the easiest way to get these credits? Any advice and/or direction would be greatly appreciated!

CME only required for the ABR after passing boards though many (most?) states require it for licensing. SACME is required after passing the boards. 75CME including 25 SACME for each rolling 3 year look back period during your 10 year MOC cycle (ie don't need it before passing boards).
