How does Destroyer Math compare to actual DAT Math?

Destroyer math seems so simple... How does it compare to the actual thing? I know Dr. Romano is more of a science guy, so is the Destroyers Math lacking?

My opinion, the math section of the Destroyer compared very well to the actual test. If you can get the concepts down in the math section of the destroyer you should be able to answer every question they give on the real deal.

A word to the wise do not forget to practice with time limits. Its one thing to be able to know how to answer every question but that knowledge will be useless if you are too slow.

Very wise indeed. I've only went through the first half so far, but there doesnt seem to be too much on geometry of circles, statistics.

If you feel you need more materials then you should get more. The more practice the better (I bought a lot of materials) just dont forget to review the math section of the destroyer once more before the test day, you wont regret it.

Oh I've spent approximately 2500 thus far, and will probably get more. I do have the math destroyer. The math destroyer seems harder to me than the Math section of the DAT destroyer.

I do need to work on my timing, though.

Math Destroyer is actually pretty close to the real thing. Many people on this forum have been saying . Seems like if you can master questions in the math destroyer and do them in a short amount of time, you should be good for the real DAT.

I felt DAT destroyer was much more difficult than the real thing.

I personally found Math Destroyer to be a slightlyyy easier than the real thing, or it could be that I was just tired by the end of the test. While doing Math Destroyer, I was getting a range of 0 to 4 questions wrong on each test but scored a 24QR on the real thing. It's definitely a recommended resource though.
