My top choice in osteopathic medical school is Rowan but I am not sure if I should do Early Decision program because what if I get accepted into an MD program? If I do Early Decision program, will I be able to turn them down if I get accepted somewhere else? Can you please explain how it works.

When I searched, it says you can only chose one school for Early decision and you can't apply to other schools. I have applied to DO and MD schools so does that mean if I do ED for DO, I cant do ED for MD school? Thanks

Yes, that's what it means. If you get into Rowan you are required to go to that school. The whole point of EDP is to lock in the applicant when they get accepted and know that the applicant will not leave. You should be doing regular, as EDP and regular get their decision about the same time because they interview together.

For me, my absolute top choice is Rowan, so the EDP makes sense. However, I already have interview offers from other osteopathic schools so I don't think I am eligible to apply for EDP.

People like you should not do early decision.
While your top choice for osteopathic school is Rowan, it seems like you will take any MD over it.
People who will take Rowan (or any school) over anything else, MD/DO/DC/w/e should be doing the ED.

EDP usually serves the best interest to those people who apply to their home schools/or in state
