So I finally have gotten of wait lists and have come up with a schedule.

I am signed up for :

Honors Ochem 2: 3 credits
Immunology: 3 credits
Endocrine Physiology (graduate level zoology/ animal science course): 3 credits
Laboratory in Developmental Biology: 3 credits
Research: 3 credits

I am still not sure if I want to take Lab in Developmental Biology over Neurobiology of sleep. Which one will help out more with maybe medical school or the MCAT's. The lab might be a bit easier since there really aren't any exams. Also, working in groups is always helpful. Any suggestions?

Three science lectures is already a lot; I wouldn't do a neurology course on top of that.

It really depends on how these particular classes are taught at your school. SDN isn't a substitute for your academic advisor at school. Make an appointment and discuss it with someone who actually knows the particulars.

Unless the extra classes are for your major there is not need to be loading up on upperlevel BCPM elective IMO.
