How does recommender send the recommendation

Hello.
1)What information to give my recommenders in order for them to send the letters to PharmCAS (assuming PharmCAS is where they are supposed to be sent)?
2)What is the means by which recommenders submit the letters (electronic, mailbox, or other)?

As you can see, I am clueless regarding the recommendation portion of PharmCAS. If anyone knows anything else insightful, let me know please.

As far as I know, once you add that person as a reference on your PharmCAS application, they automatically get sent an email, and they fill it out and send it back in, all electronically. Nothing else to do on your part.
