So, I know that the DAT have the angles on par with CDP or even easier.

If I am ranging from 60-80% on angle rankings on Crack DAT PAT, how would it compare to the DAT?

I got a 23 PAT on the DAT yesterday. I probably averaged 60% correct on the angles on CDP, but they were easier on the real DAT. The angles weren't necessarily more distinguishable, but the answers were easier to narrow down by comparing the largest angles and then on to the smallest angles.

Does anyone have a link to a solid video or a good strategy for angle ranking ? I am terrible at it. Im averaging below 60% on CDP. I am doing fine on everything but angle ranking. Should I just guess on the real exam and save myself time ? ha ha...😕

there really is no strategy that works for me on angle ranking. so, I try to get through it as fast as possible using the comparing the angles of the answer choices. I go to the biggest angle first, and then the smallest angle.

My range from angle rankings is about ~70%. How long does it take y'all to do angle rankings ?

I took the DAT last week and scored a 25 PAT. Personally, I think the angles were easier on the actual exam, and the choices were easier typically. For example, in CDP, they would always have 1-2-3-4 or 1-3-2-4, with 2 and 3 being almost identical. This didn't happen as often on the actual test. I didn't spend much time on this section, either you can tell right away or you should make the best guess and move on to other sections where you know you'll get questions right. On CDP I probably averaged between 60-80% right on angles. The only strategies I used were finding the largest and smallest angles first, then using the laptop technique (which is the most opened/closed laptop) for the middle two.

There's no way to compare to the real DAT imo

I've taken the test twice. The first time I thought it was actually pretty easy and then the second time it was the hardest test I've ever taken in my life, section after section I was getting questions I didn't even see on Destroyer. The angles were so ridiculous that on a number of questions it was almost impossible to distinguish between any of the four angles. I wanted to take a sledge hammer to the computer right there

It's just too variable, the only thing you can do is over prepare on the chance that you get a difficult exam
