How does this grade trend look?

Freshman year semesters: 3.0 gpa, 2.545 gpa
Sophomore year semesters: 3.73 gpa, 3.69 gpa
junior year semesters: 4.0 gpa, 4.0 gpa
Senior year semesters: 4.0 gpa, (no grades final yet for last semester)

My overall gpa will be around 3.7ish with a 3.5 science. Ive managed to get A's in about 6-7 upper level science courses. I received 2 c's in both gen chem's my freshman year and 1 c in a math class my freshman year. How would this look to adcoms? and will my freshman year be overlooked? I've heard some adcoms tend to ignore freshman year, is that true?

No your freshmen year won't be overlooked but you've done your best to overcome it. No point in pondering the possibilities as you can't redo it.

I'm thinking you'll be seen more as a 3.8cGPA/3.6sGPA with that trend assuming you don't have a ton of Ws in your post freshman years
