Improvements could definitely getting nonclinical service for the less fortunate.

If you can, and actually want to, try some research.

Overall, your ECs look great.

Looks good to me. I got in with A LOT less clinical volunteering and shadowing, but I had a pretty strong research foundation and non-clinical volunteering hours in lieu of that.
