How does VCOM view international applicants

Can anyone comment how receptive VCOM is to canadian applicants? They view international student applicants in select cases. I looked at their class profiles and they didn't matriculate any for their last class. Is it worth to apply here?

They are very regional bias, so I'd save the money and apply elsewhere.

I think OP just wants to know if it's worth applying to VCOM as an international. Per AACOMAS CIB, they accept internationals in "select cases."
