How early does one have to apply for Cleveland Clinic Ohio clinical electives in Surgery for IMG

Final year IMG here , already done with Step 1 with a more than decent score (250's) , looking for a clinical rotation in surgery at the Cleveland clinic Ohio . I am not quite sure of how early should I apply to be able to be selected on a particular date, So if any one could enlighten me here , i would really appreciate it , Thank you
