I'm using a variety of sources but have finally gotten around to my Cliff's AP Chemistry book. There's not a lot of talk about it on here so here's my opinion.
This book is 70% problems. Lots of them are hard and require you to know these concepts inside and out. Basically it gives you the law, equation, and an example problem and then throws a bunch of questions at you without really teaching you.
So I recommend other sources for teaching (KBB, Thinkwell) and then using this as simply a text of practice questions.
So Cliff's AP Chem = Bad for teaching but great for practice problems if you already know you're stuff
Cliff's AP Bio on the other hand is a wonderful resource in every aspect.
