I have gotten many different answers and i am getting very confused on this whole transcript process. How exactly do i send out my transcripts to the schools i am applying to? Do i call my university and just ask them to send it there? Or do they send it to me first and then i somehow upload it through amcas? Or does my advisor do it for me? thanks so much everyone!

call university and they'll send it in..
In the case of amcas, i think u need to add a certain number to the transcript. You should try to read the FAQ'a on amcas site..

You don't. You send transcripts to AMCAS, and AMCAS sends the data on to schools. Later, if a school accepts you, THEN you send that school a transcript.

Start by finding the AMCAS instructions for submitting transcripts on www.aamc.org. Then look through your univ's website for "ordering transcripts."

No, if you touch the transcript, then there's a chance to commit fraud. So you're not allowed to touch it.

Thanks for the detailed responses!

Your schools registrar should have a form somewhere to request that a sealed, official transcript be sent to an address. Have it sent to AMCAS. AMCAS also has a form/cover sheet that they want sent with the transcript, but thats (technically) optional.
