I've studied all the released papers starting from the most recent and worked my way back to 1986:

"M" compiled items from '98 to '05
"L" test from 2005
"K" test from 2003
"J" test from 1997
"I" test from 1991
"H" test from 1989
"G" test from 1986 & 1987

I just got the rest of the papers all the way back to the "A" papers and only have about a week left until my exam date.

Should I review my decks and the tests I've covered so far or do the "older" papers instead?

Advice from those who've already done this and felt they got a good result would be GREATLY appreciated. Please advise.

If you have a week left study decks and kaplan notes. Usually just a couple questions from the booklets are repeated on the computer exam not that many

Hi achtung6,
Good luck with your exam! How long did you study for Part I? I read that you've been out of school for some time, so am I. I feel that it is so hard to start studying again, especially preclinical stuff.

Raluca,

I've been out of school since '98. I've been preparing for NDBE P1 since November. It was pretty hard at first getting back into studying and finding a rythm. It's so much material that you covered in school and at first it's daunting when you realize everything you've forgotten. You remember some things of course but you have to be careful because you confuse many concepts as your memory is "murky"!

I don't want to promote my preparation method and claim it's the way to go until I take the exam and get my score. I will definitely let you know when I do.

Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions. I'll be glad to answer them.
