How hard is it to get into good NYC program?

I was wondering what my chances are for getting into Columbia/Cornell/MountSinai/NYU's Gas program in NY. I studied engineering, got a 222 in the boards, doing a 2.7GPA in med school and have a good personality. Thanks!
