Hey guys,

I wish you all luck in this application cycle...

I was wondering, if someone has English under their belt (went to high school and some college in North America), but does their Dental School internationally, HOW HARD IS IT TO GET INTO THE EQUIVALENCY PROGRAM?

It's still very hard.

I was born and raised in new york, then did my dental school from pakistan. I scored an 84 on part 1 but didn't get anywhere....so it really doesnt' matter to them if you have done your high school or some college from the states.
The only thing it will help you with is that you'll get a great toefl score, and that could help you out, but only fractionally.
